Neon is a web development studio in Maldon, Essex.
Established for over a decade and with over 20 years’ experience in web development and e-commerce, we provide bespoke digital solutions including CMS-driven websites, custom web applications and hugely scalable online stores and commerce platforms using the popular open source GetCandy platform we created.
We have worked with Isuzu Truck for a number of years, developing its bespoke intranet that incorporates many of the company’s main systems for technician training, CRM, vehicle maintenance, quotations, etc. The system allows Head Office, Dealer and Bodybuilder staff to work together efficiently online.
Powerflex was struggling to cope with demand for its performance suspension bushes, with many orders taking 2-3 weeks to be shipped. Customers were unhappy having to wait so long.
We built a comprehensive system, from ordering through to stock control, that is helping the company get ahead with orders and improve its supply management. Now Powerflex is able to send out the majority of orders within 1-2 days!
Silicone hose manufacturer SFS’s order management system was dated and unreliable. We were appointed to develop a new system which, as well as allowing SFS Performance to manage products and orders easily, also integrated with its accounts platform Sage Line 50.
The system also manages other processes, such as custom tooling requests and will soon be integrated with an online store so orders can be sent straight to the ERP system for processing.
With a number of brands and product ranges, Aqua Warehouse required a stock control system to manage orders, incoming shipments and stock levels. We developed a bespoke stock system that provides a simple user experience for dealers wanting to reserve an item for a customer.
We also developed Aqua's CRM system, which allows the company to record all information about a customer and their spas. The system also provides automated emails for customer onboarding and spa service reminders.
HomingPIN is a pioneering company that uses smart tags to help track luggage and property and we built the site that makes the system work. If an item is mislaid, the finder can enter the unique code online; the owner is then sent an alert – and arrangements can be made, via the site, to return the property.
Using unique codes which work with the main airline lost property systems (SITA), we developed a responsive website application that allows users to buy and administer their account online.
