Neon Digital is run by Glenn Jacobs, a freelance web developer. Please feel free to take a look around our site and check the work we have done.

Glenn first got into web design whilst at university studying Computer Science, and yes, his first efforts were pretty poor! But as with anything, practice makes perfect. Glenn has now been designing and creating websites for over 10 years and still has the same passion as he did as when he started.

Over the years Glenn has been involved in many interesting projects, here's just a sample: -
